Nanomanufacturing has become an emerging technology in the field of manufacturing nanodevices, nanosystems and nanofeatures for various products. The 3rd International Conference on nanoManufacturing (nanoMan2012: The 2nd CIRP Conference on nanoManufacturing)) to be organized by RIKEN, Tohoku University and Tianjin University aims to provide and expand an exciting platform for the international exchange of latest research advances and research findings in the area. It also intends to promote the sharing ideas as well as to foster R & D collaboration amongst academics, research institutions and relevant industries. The nanoMan2012 will be held in Tokyo and Saitama, Japan during 25-27 July, 2012.
